From 911blogger.com

Here are a few, and I mean just a few of the items posted at 911blogger over the past year that caught our attention. This collection is not meant to be comprehensive, if you can think of a blog post or two that needs mentioning, please post it in the comments area below. - rep.

Congressman and Presidential Candidate Ron Paul set the keynote for 2007 with his warning of a new Gulf of Tonkin, a contrived incident to propel the United States into an attack on Iran. Paul's warning would be echoed in different terms a couple of weeks later by none other than Zbigniew Brzezinski, as he testified before members of the US Senate.

David Lynch, Rosie O'Donnell, Daniel Sunjata, Michael Moriarty, Christine Ebersole, Martin Sheen, Mark Ruffalo, George Carlin and former Dallas Cowboys and Houston Oilers lineman Mark Stepnoski all used their celebrity status in different ways to bring the 9/11 official narrative under scrutiny.

NYC lost one of its most active 9/11 activists, Dan Wallace, but in his wake came the excellent activist resource, truthaction.org, which continues to grow and inspire action on the 11th of every month, nationally, and globally. The activism of YT and others inspired a Marine to don his dress and challenge others serving their country to take a long hard look at 9/11.

Cuba, Venezuela and France revealed that they too knew that 9/11 was coming down the pipe. They are not alone. Yet the official line expects you to believe that 9/11 was a "surprise". Well, it sure was a surprise to a few thousand people who were killed on 9/11, but apparently not a surprise to practically every intelligence agency on the planet. Former Italian President and the man who revealed the existence of Operation Gladio, Francesco Cossiga, also went public on 9/11, telling Italy's most respected newspaper that the attacks were "run by the CIA and Mossad".

Sander Hicks managed to scale the gate at Alternet.org, posting an article which drew a fair amount of attention to 9/11 skepticism. A few days later, Counterpunch.org, (a site with a decidedly hostile attitude toward 9/11 Truth), published a story that drew attention to the role of Israeli agents on 9/11. This in turn inspired DemocracyNow.org to cover the story, and run a segment featuring a new interview with one of the reporters who produced some of the first news reports on this subject. This was the first non-hostile coverage from Democracy Now of a story that has been kept alive by 9/11 skeptics since the reports first appeared.

Rabbi Michael Lerner revealed that he has reservations about 9/11, and has first-hand experience with disruption of some of his past activities by government agents.

9/11 Widows, aka the "Jersey Girls", kept up their pressure for Truth all year long, inspiring Noam Chomsky to sign their petition, and ending the year with further revelations about how little the US government shared with them to prove the official story. (This does not mean that Chomsky has pulled his head out of his ass regarding 9/11.)

The plight of the 9/11 first responders was kept on the front page of 911blogger all year long. Please check out Jon Gold's blog for the biggest collection of first responder news items on this site.

Paul Thompson and Peter Coyote brought Press for Truth to a huge cable audience, and Thompson continues to maintain the biggest single collection of 9/11 hyperlinks that I know of at his website, cooperativeresearch.org. Please make a donation to keep that site alive, if you are able.

The BBC attacked 9/11 skeptics, and this was followed by The History Channel later on in the year. Never laid a glove on us. Wink

One of our regular users, 911veritas discovered that the BBC had announced the demise of WTC7 over 20 minutes before it actually fell. Although we embraced the story cautiously at first, subsequent confirming data and denials from the Beeb proved veritas to be dead accurate in his observations. Finally, a separate, time-stamped video sealed the deal.

Kevin Ryan battled Underwriters Laboratories, and showed how certain individuals are recycled to perpetuate the "party line" in regard to OKC and 9/11.

User Danse gathered a lot of attention with the release of the video, The Third Stage.

Peter Dale Scott put many 9/11 activists half his age to shame with a robust year of speeches, travel and a new book. Here he is in action at the Arizona Accountability Conference.

In May, the Architects and Engineers for 9/11 Truth officially launched their website. It's clear that they caught somebody's attention, because later in the year, an attempt was made to lump in ae911truth.org with violent terror-based websites, a move which was vigorously resisted.

Barrie Zwicker dragged Winnipeg, Manitoba into 9/11 Truth awareness, attended the Vancouver 9/11 Truth Conference, and generally kicked ass in Canada. His book, "Towers of Deception" was awarded Gold in the Current Events category at the 2007 Independent Publisher Book Awards.

Robert Jensen and Noman Solomon got their knickers in a twist over 9/11 stories included by Project Censored, while responsible Leftists embraced the very real need for a serious investigation into 9/11 at the US Social Forum.

The Student Scholars for 9/11 Truth kicked ass all year long, so did the San Diego 9/11 Truth Group and We Are Change.

I'll end this post with the film that has generated so much interest in 9/11 skepticism;

If you feel like that is something you want to address then go ahead and address it. ( I surely won't impede your efforts)  There are enough people with enough time on their hands to address these issues but many would rather just be critical of another's action instead of focusing what they think is most important.

Start a group, or support one that does focus on that if you have the calling to do so, I don't see why these two aims have to be mutually exclusive, do you?

well i feel that the truth movement COMPLETELY negate the fact that ALOT of evil has been done fomr that building.

do you think if every truther knew about the IMF, world bank and their operations with in the WTC, do you think they'd feel the same?

does that not give a  motive to just about EVERY 3rd world country to attack these scumbag offices?

First of have you seen the video yet? (LC Final Cut)

Without getting into a long-winded debate about ideologies etc but how does 9-11 Truth NEGATE any of what you have mentioned?  You have to first fully believe that 19 men somehow managed to execute an extraodinary attack that day and that the US government had little or nothing to do with it.  I don't buy, never did, since the moment of the attack I always felt there was more to this than meets the eye.  I still feel that why even more so today.

I am up on the IMF, WB, etc and I feel the same way but do you consider me a 'truther' because that term is so 'matrix-like' as it creates this image for a wide array of different people who believe different things who share a common denominator.  IDK, I just woke up and havent drank any coffee yet so I am a bit groggy.

All I wanna say is that you ought to start a movement of join one instead of attacking what is existing because you are not comfortable with it's message or goal.

Motives is only one element of a crime; you still need means and opportunity.

well since the whole movement is about how the government planned and executed THE most elaborate, and might is say INTRICATE, plan ever as a sort of reichstag burning event, correct?

then clearly thsi does not even mention that a person might have REASON to want to see the buildings blow up.

im not asking you belive anything RMX, but juts take note that ALOT of people woudl have wanted to see teh towers go down...ALOT.

no where have i ever seen a truther make reference to what the WTC actually did, have you?

you have read faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar more 9/11 stuff than me, have you ever seen anyone make the point i juts made about 3rd world poverty, and teh use of WTC to implemenet eceonimic imperialism, have you ever seen that on a 9/11 blog post?

I see what you are saying but again you are only citing 'motive' here and are leaving out 'means and opportunity' which drastically narrows the window of possible suspects, IMO.

Maybe you are CORRECT (with your logic) but you are only making the argument from the comforts of your home or office and are not doing anything else (that I have seen) to attempt to prove your case.  If you feel that strongly about it, start something to that effect.  If it is a sustainable argument then surely you would gather support, you will have mine no doubt.

As far as the 9-11TM goes, the prevailing consensus (surely not everyone's personal motivation) is that it was an inside job and they list their reasons for it.   To suggest another group was responsible for what happened that day (for the reason you cited) is possible but then you are asking a group to shift it's focus without providing atleast some evidence of that.   Get active and see what happens.  If I believe in something that strongly, I take action in that direction, no matter how unpopuar it may be; I suggest the same for you.   I guarantee that if you are sincere in your stance you will feel much better about yourself and will be able to look past the 'so-called illiogical' postions of others instead of taking jabs at it.

Watch LC Final Cut, it a good video.

the readon i did not go further into this, is becuase im tired yo of the same ol shit over and over and OVER again, as im sure you are.

all i want to do is bring a different topic to discusion "why blow up the WTC"

please lest not talk about who has what evidence, as quite simply to me, YOU-TUBE is not evidence.

check it out, so ive spent 4 years studying engineering right, and it took me all of that, and then some to review and STUDY 3 seperate reports, fema, nist, and manuel garcia. i agree with their findings.

but then i get someone like my mate who tells me "i understand the physisc of 9/11. i have studied it for 6 years and i know that the collapse was impossible without explosions"."

okay fine then, lest assume you DO understand the physics of 9/11, so tell me what teh yield stress is in this table?

at that nothing gets said. he claims that the physics of 9/11, to which he has full knowledge, can not be applied to this table....to which i laughed HISTERICALLY.

thats what REALLY pisses me off with truthers, tho not you man we cool one love baby, is when they tell me they understand the physics, when even after 4 YEARS of university i know guys who DONT.

jsut try it out man, next time you speak to someone about teh "phyiscs"of 9/11, ask tehm what teh polar 2nd moment of area is? or even my favourite is "whats the difference between yield and residual stress"

sorry yo, really i think im just taking my frustration with my mate out on any 9/11 person i see, but for real i REALLY get pissed off when people start talking about the "physics" when they dont have a fucking CLUE about anything.

I hears you bro, the whole topic is frustrating and that is why people are asking questions, and demanding answers.   From what I have gathered so far, even the NIST and FEMA reports are inadequate and overlook critical factors in this whole thing.   In the end, it seems we may never know what actually happened that day but we do KNOW what has happened since then under the banner of "War on Terror" which coincidentially began on 9-11-01.

man yoru kiding me right, im almost 100% positive that a war on terror has been used since regan.

see the thing about the reoports are it depends what your looking for. see if you want an explanation for the all EVENTS of that day...in no way possible can you take everything into account.

however if all you want is an explanation for how WTC 7 fell with out a plane, then read the report man, tho you will need to brush up on certain topics such as stress evaluation, metalluragy, laws of thermodynamics, newtons laws of motion and about 4 years of other stuff.

In general:

Reagan gets credit for the "War on Drugs"  which increased the drug trade.
Bush gets credit for the "War on Terror" which increased so-called terrorism worldwide.

As far as the reports go, final opinions vary to say the least but I am sure you are more proficient in that area than me so I won't say anything further.

Like I said earlier, start something, see what happens.   In the meantime, peep LC Final Cut, I promise it won't hurt you.

Well as with most things, surely you will not agree with everything that is said but does that mean you turn it off completely? If that is the case, you should have dropped out of school, quit your job, or ended your life by now because not everything in it make sense, right?  I have yet find the instance where I agree on every point made by a presentation or a speaker yet I hear it all and segregrate afterwards.   But that's just me..I am a bit 'weird' to say the least.

I take some offense with the word insane as I can assure you this is surely not the case on my end although for those who are 'sane' participants in this crazy world, they would strongly disagree.

You ought to start that thread Drizzle suggested.

Mobile-friendly version Immortal Technique Biography

Born Felipe Andres Coronel on the 19th of February 1978, hip-hop artist Immortal Technique is a controversial figure in the U.S. His songs speak of the need for social justice and equality among all races, with special emphasis on the people of color or Latin Americans, but they also cover topics such as the fight against unfair imprisonments or militarism and many others.

His biography is hence quite intriguing, to say the least, and, just like the best anti aging cream is probably going to be lingering over the shelves of all cosmetic stores for many years to come, Immortal Technique’s songs are going to remain hot, fresh and sought after for a really long time. Due to the fact they speak about topics which are to be considered taboos, his lyrics continue to be listened to with the exterior shutters down in most homes.

Immortal technique was born in Peru, in El Hospital Militar de Lima; several years later, his family moved to America in order to escape the harsh living conditions in Peru. Even though they could not afford to buy any terrain a vendre there, they managed to move to Harlem in the ‘80s. Immortal Technique went to Hunter High School, but just like a hip replacement recall is never of good omen, his grades and behavior weren’t any good during high school either. He was the school bully, he harassed other students and he was not afraid to get involved in scandals with drug dealers from around the area. And while his interactions with these drug dealers were not as numerous as used cars in Phoenix are, they still managed to leave an ugly mark on his biography.

Plus, his graffiti did not actually resemble any Dreamweaver templates, but he was famous for his controversial acts of vandalism. His violence against others almost got him expelled in 1996, but he somehow managed to finish high school and even attend college at Pennsylvania State University. This time, his college experience only lasted for two years; he was then charged and convicted and he was eventually imprisoned in Pennsylvania.

In prison, just like a SEO San Antonio company would focus on booting a web site’s ranking, Immortal Technique also focused on boosting his own social ranking. He began studying the policy of religious history, and, finding the inspiration he needed, he began putting his thoughts in lyrics. In 1999 he was paroled and, even though he was first considered some sort of Agen Bola, as no one had heard of him at first, he began to attend freestyle battles he started winning.

From there on, his career started to bloom, as he gave birth to albums such as “Revolutionary Vol 1” in 2002, “Revolutionary Vol 2” in 2004 and “Revolutionary Vol 3” in 2008. He also became a political activist and started to sing about political injustice (check out his opinion on the imprisonment of Mumia Abu-Jamal or the songs on George W. Bush). Despite of the fact that his albums might not have gotten the type of positive reviews African mango reviews are usually comprised of, this has not stopped him from getting involved in future projects, including an important film collaboration. He might not approve the work of the CNA Financial Corporation, but we all need to eat, right?

Recently I've been in the market for used cars. Which I'm sure many of you know how long that process can take. Having to go from dealer to dealer and look at one car after another. What a painstaking process! Its a good thing I don't have to take a personality test after the whole process. I'm sure I'd have some pretty skewed results. After finally settling down and buying a new Audi A4, I found out I had a bigger problem on my hands. Where am I gonna park the car during winter? I decided I had to contact a local contractor and get remodeling estimates to redo our garage which had been having problems with leaks all last winter. After getting some rather expensive estimates back from contractors our family finally decided to move to a different area of New York, we took a look at jamestown ny homes which was recommended by a close friend of mine. Have you ever just had that feeling after looking at a town? You just knew it was the one. Well thankfully we had a lot of wonderful homes to look at that were priced perfectly. We eventually decided to go with a home with a nice garage for the new car, a gym witih a full pull up bar, and best of all my wife could stop taking her proactol and finally begin to use our at home gym!

If during your trip you make it out to England be sure to say "Hi!" to our friends that is a wedding photographer york. They do an exceptional job and we recommend them to everyone that we know!
When overlooking your home don't forget the key essentials to tie in the whole room and complete it altogether, such as a POS software to manage your point of sale units. Making the perfect home for everyone in your family is doable with the right budget. Start by heading to auction sites to see what type of homes are currently on the market and the prices. Auction sites provide a medium to determine market value of homes in the are that you are looking at. If traveling internationally and looking at homes in Drakensberg then be sure to look online for Drakensberg accommodation. Drakensbergs accomodations often come with coffee machine in your room as well! For us caffeine lovers, you know how important that is when traveling in a new city. If that sounds like something you'd be interested in be sure to click here for more info on the latest careers.
What often begins with a worldwide traveling excursion often ends in an unknown city. If you are planning on traveling to far away places its best to do your research on them before venturing out. Planning how to pack, and what to bring with you from the beginning can make the difference altogether. Planning on which handbag to take is crucial to your happiness. Now I know you are probably thinking that's trivial, although choosing the right handbag to take with you on a lengthy trip around the world is of the utmost importance. Make sure that you take as little as possibly needed on the trip. You don't want to lug around suitcases, and unnecessary stuff throughout the world. It'll weigh down on your trip, no pun intended.
The History and Growth of Rap Music

If you are a music enthusiast, then it is very likely that you have come across a genre of music called rap music. Rap music is area that has very clear distinguishing features most notably the rapid and rhythmic chanting of the lyrics perfectly timed to the beat and musical accompaniment that forms the base of the song. Rap music traces its roots to the development of the hiphop subculture which predominantly carries four complementary musical styles namely: rapping, dancing and in particular break dancing, scratching or more popularity known as DJing, and graffiti writing which others dub as vandalism. Another sub-element of this genre is beat-boxing which also features heavily in the repertoire of many rap artists. If you thought this was an easy musical genre to characterize, then you were poorly informed: consider, many research papers and doctoral dissertations have been written on the subject of rap music and its accompanying stylistic elements.

The history of rap music, or hip-hop music, is composed of a series of rapid development phases that have all culminated in the popular rap versions of today. Before rap music took off in the 1990s, it was predominantly referred to as disco rap in the late 1970s. The three rappers who had a hand in coining the term “rap music” were DJ Hollywood, Lovebug Starski, and Keith Cowboy, the last one being officially credited with the term hip-hop. Rap music original began with improvisations and freestyle singing to add an element of unpredictability to the songs in parties and other gatherings. Even in the 1960s to 1970s, the initial elements of rap music where already sown in urban subcultures particularly in New York City where adhoc performances in the streets led to a coalescing of influences in the wake of the Civil Rights era. Like the iPhone 5 release date, it had a slow and steady rise building into an explosion of creativity and style that has made it into what it has become today.

At this very early stage of rap development, it was particularly tied to emcee-ing more than it was associated to any specific song. It predominantly tied songs together as an adlib in between. It was born out of the creative inputs of DJs who had to work with self-imposed musical constraints such as the 4/4 time beat and sampling or sequencing sections of other songs to create a smooth flow of uninterrupted musical stimuli. These were eventually married with electronic equipment such as drums and synthesizers, and ultimate melodies to give it that bite and identity. In a sense, rap music artists were basically like a video game designer who had to figure out each artistic component at every turn until it developed into a more coherent musical genre that became the rap music we know today.

The first recorded version of rap music came alive in the early 1980s when DJs decided to make records out of their freestyle MCing. This necessitated the documentation of song lyrics so they do not change during each and every rendition. The age of the stromanbieter for rap music was gone paving the way for more organized chaos. Still, the freestyle and improvisation element remained a part of many DJ interludes as the song goes through certain sections that did not require too much rap singing.

Likewise, as a consequence of the hip-hop records, the influence of rap began to spread faster than ever before. Artists no longer had to travel far to get their music heard. Now, records from New York City and Philadelphia can be reproduced and transported to cities like Los Angeles, New Orleans, Dallas, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Seattle among others for people to appreciate and enjoy. This was primarily the reason for rap music’s rapid growth. Like Christmas mini lights, cities formed the nodes through which rap music would spread to other parts of the country. From small beginnings to grand achievements, the birth certificate translation to true stardom took a matter of years for rap music to be realized. Since then, its take-off and rise has been meteoric.

In this regard, it is almost impossible to talk about rap music but not discuss the golden age of rap. This was the era from the late 1980s to the mid 1990s when rap grew at an astounding rate fueled by the creative contributions of many artists from all over the continental United States and in many parts of the world. The primary trait of the Golden Age or Rap was that it was an almost unbroken wave of transformative music with every single pushing the boundaries of the genre. From this age and in the succeeding Gansta Rap age came names like Run-D.M.C., Dr. Dre, Ice T, MC Hammer, The Wu-tang Clan, Snoop Dogg, and The Notorious B.I.G. among others. The list of names can virtually fill a Sharepoint Hive without any problems.

According to social studies published in 2005, teenagers and children are more familiar with hip-hop and rap music more than any other musical genre. Up to 65% of all children from ages 8 to 18 hear hip-hop music on a daily basis, making it their routinary keratin hair treatment session, almost to the point that it has become an intrinsic part of their lives. With the diversification of the genre to include the more stylish R&B or rhythm and blues, it is not difficult to explain how rap music has continued to pervade radio station, TV and movie song line-ups. The marriage of rap and jazz which paved the way for R&B is itself a phenomenon that warrants all sorts of social analysis.

And with its very strong following, it is safe to say that rap music is here to stay. Years from now, when you open your TV on a bright Saturday morning, there’s a big chance you would be watching the next stage in the evolution of rap music, and there’s an even better chance you would be dancing or singing to that tune.
