I read it in ur thread that i cant find right now but if i did i would have shown u that u posted it there.. that u dont want to be mod.. so i remembered that.. Otherwise i would have asked u.. I never minded having u as mod.. but the thing was u posted it before..

I cant find it either, ill put that down to dumb luck that post conveniently disappeared, even from the archive forum where I assume old posts from that section go. Therefore im not gonna push that any more, given i have not the evidence at hand to PROVE i never posted in the thread where i was nominated, let alone the date as whence this was all happening. however i did find this..

Section 4: The Senate

4.1 The power of the members of I-T Boards will be vested in the Senate.
All major decisions will be voted on in the form of Senatorial Resolutions.
Any Senator or the President may introduce a Resolution.

4.2 The Senate forum will contain nothing but posts that introduce, debate,
and vote on Resolutions. All members of I-T Boards may read all the
posts in the Senate forum, but only Senators may post.

4.3 Debate must last at least 24 hours.

4.4 Once a vote is called and seconded, it may end under the following
scenarios:
* A majority (or 2/3, if required) of a quorum have voted in the affirmative,
or a majority (or 2/3, if required) of a quorum have voted in the negative.
* At least 24 hours have passed, and a quorum has been met.
* If 48 hours have passed and a quorum has not been met, the voting will end
with no decision reached."

4.5 A quorum of Senators must participate in a vote for it to be binding. A
quorum is defined as of all Senators who have posted at least once in the 14
days preceding the call for a vote on the Resolution.

4.6 A simple majority is necessary to pass a Resolution except in cases of
Disciplinary Action. If the President vetoes a Resolution, a 2/3 vote will
overturn that veto.

4.7 Should a Senator become inactive or otherwise unable to fulfill his or her
duties for a period of at least 30 days, the President may demote the Senator to
the status of member.

Section 5: Disciplinary Actions

5.1 If a Moderator finds that a member has violated the Rules set out in Section
1, the Moderator will notify the member of the violation with a warning system.

5.2  If, after repeated notifications, the member continues to violate the
Rules, any three (3) Moderators/Administrators (provided that at least one of
them is a Moderator of a forum where violations took place) may act by simple
agreement to Restrict the member to the Compost Heap for a period of seven (7)
days. Upon reaching such agreement, one of the Moderators/Administrators will
notify the Member by email and will post a "Notice of Retriction" in the Senate
Forum. The President may overturn this action and, if so, a 2/3 majority of the
Senate is required to reinstate the Restriction(disregard this, we would use warning system)

5.3 If a member has been subject to the Compost Heap forum, any Senator may
introduce a Resolution to permanently ban the member. The Senate must pass the
Resolution by a 2/3 majority to permanently ban the member. If the President
vetoes the Resolution, a 3/4 majority of the Senate may overturn the veto.(disregard this, we would use warning system)

5.4  In cases of flooding, spamming, flaming, threats, or any form of abuse a
Moderator or Administrator deems to be extreme,
the Moderator or Administrator
may choose to move the message(s) in question to the private Moderator Forum and
suspend the account of the Member for 48 hours. Upon suspending the Members
account, the Moderator or Administrator must immediately post a Resolution in
the Senate Forum in compliance with 5.2 or 5.3 (above) whichever applies, and
notify the Member by email of the suspension.(disregard this, we would use warning system)

The account of any member who has violated the letter or spirit of section 1.1.1

concerning links to malicious content will be suspended and the member will be
permanently banned. This decision is final and cannot be appealed.(disregard this, we would use warning system)

The one other thing is, some stuff that ur saying like this one example ^ ur lying about. And a lot of ppl supported me before too, because they knew i was making it right on the end. Ull find that ppl stood up and said hey.. what u guys doing is wrong.. so i wasnt the only one that was thinking that.

I dont know when it was you are talking about but allow me to re-iterate

Quote
but actually one thing changed. in the 18 months ive been here one thing has changed. before NO ONE supported invest when he did bullshit.

shit man, when i joined you had some brazillian girls ass as you AV, at which every member was calling you out for. Yet you still kept it up for like 2 months, of course.

Quote
The other thing is this is internet right.. the thing is on me to make this site in order and try the best way i can to make ppl that come here respect some rules and if there was no order alot would be going on(thats one of the reasons ppl like it here because there isnt alot of crazy spam stuff, and emo posts), and not just rules respect the makers and the owners of those sites.. Afterall ur the one that comes to their site to post and criticize.. right?

But you do get respect! When you do shit RIGHT.

http://www.immortal-technique.net/forum/index.php/topic,3137.0.html

I know you run this shit now, but like i said THINK ABOUT IT MAN. Regardless of any discomfort you what to have about it, techs 'market' is for revolutionary people. For people whom, for what ever reason, have a desperate desire for CHANGE, be it personal or mass movement. like I already said

Quote
It fine if you want to run a forum that way, there are PLENTY out there that do. But to expect to run a forum which centres around revolution against oppression by FORCING the users to obide by YOUR laws, when YOU DONT EVEN YOURSELF....seriously?

so again, SERIOUSLY MAN?

Quote
Afterall ur the one that comes to their site to post and criticize.. right? If there was some order in ur guys's protests i would have considered some stuff being done

AHEM!!! unfortunately, for me, the post PROVING that indeed the protest had order. and if you deny deleting this one i will SNAP. I made the thread cuz like i said, you've never really done anything to me, hence i would not be most suitable for the proper protest of posts with substance. Na ima leave that up to the REAL members of this forum, who at times did piss me off with their ellitism. However i do feel thats due to, tho being accepted as one, i was never able to experience the days when this forum was amassed with dailly posters and debates.

Therefore, i clearly accepted my role as the 'sign bearer' in the movement. You know I dont have much real input to give, iv seen what you've done. But by and large they deserve THEIR answers before i do. Hence i took up the position of offical SPAM co-ordinator. I have never be prone to spam, have always felt that i added substance and relevance to ALL my post, however THIS time i could not.

I made and official post in which i ASKED all members to SPAM.

I stated the reasons why, and even made my objectives be known.

Before said instructions indeed there was very little order. however after an afternoon with sat and setu, we soon saw a pattern appear in the method of spamming.

Quote
but everyone goes for themselves and everyone even a little ant comes out and says.. oh why u doing this why u doing that.. when they dont even understand.

ALWAYS, shit i got one now.

Quote
wont say anything more, u if u want stick around and see what comes out of this or not and go somewhere else, its fine with me, im not no dictator but u guys made me that, and gave me that name since day one.. and if u call ur brother a nickname for so long, hell respond to it right..

I would LOVE to stay around, but i am not going to rest until the ALL bans have been lifted and you stop the bullshit.

Invest is not an authority figure. He is the admin on this site.

EXACTLY. invest is not MEANT TO BE an authority figure. we are suppose to be fight for the one thing we all want the most, and that is a society in which we all get a 'peace'  of the pie. equal, EVERY LAST ONE of US with our rule of those who DO NOT act in the benefit of ALL. is THAT not what Tech/Hiphop Kulture stands for to YOU?

Quote
I didn’t ask for it, it came as a surprise to me, but I was “putting in work” though =). That was very evident.

no offence, but I did consider most of those threads to be 'spam'. That being said, is what needed to bring some people back, and, like i said, was the reason in which Dead Press failed. But of course you won't know what DP was, do you?

Quote
I don’t obey Invest’s commands. I do respect him for being the Admin. If I ever stop respecting him, I’d rather leave than participate on a forum I have such contempt for.

and THATS why these members are PISSED. This is not just ANY forum, this is not just any online community, this is the muthafucking IMMORTAL TECHNIQUE forum. This has been around for YEARS and the members you see fighting the hardest, do so becuase they helped build up the name, the brand. They have survived, to my knowledge, 3 different versions of the IMMORTAL TECNIQUE community.

But now, they have been banned and removed from the what THEY worked so hard on.

Quote
Those other members got their own forum now, ironically about revolutionary hip hop, who dismiss Immortal Technique as being that. Who the fuck do they consider revolutionary hip hop if they don’t consider him? Those people that spent years on this site, clearly showed they didn’t care for it’s existence anymore.

NO CHANCE. you know i wondered that too when I 1st joined, that if this is the immortal technique site, why is he not the most prominent to be labeled as a god among men.

WE DONT DEAL WITH FANTASY HERE. WE DEAL WITH REAL HARD FACTS AND DISCUSSION

Its clear that everyone here thinks Tech is somebody that they want to SUPPORT. that would be the utter madness is that they would contribute to someone they disslike. doesnt that make you think, why not just leave then? why support him further?

Becuase they DO fully support tech. but like i said, we do not deal with fantasy here. when it comes to hiphop Tech is but a drop of blood in the ocean. So when a new cat pops up with Tech is the most amazing rapper ever blah blah blah, but doesnt even know the likes of Rakim or KRS-ONE, nor even know who Kool G Rap is, what would you do?

do we continue to let this young blood think he knows what Hiphop Kulture really is, or do we EDUCATE by means of EXPANDING ones knowledge.

And its the exact same shit for him being revolutionary. Yes he is doing his thing, but is he really comparable to Marcus Garvey?

Shit tech even said it himself, when we hear revolution coming we think YES, finally. when people in some real situations hear that revolution is coming they GET THE FUCK OUTTA THERE. And thats what we have been try6ing to emphasize. YES Tech is by no means perfect, tho you'd be surprised the amount of people that DO think he is the physical manifestation of Revolution, but he is also NOT a major revolutionary.

for a start Chuck D and Public enemy where doing things LONG before Tech when it comes to the hiphop aspect of things. But at the end of the day Tech is doing some progessivelly good things, which do offer change on a small scale thus being aptly given such rapor. However He still feeds aa much of the system as any of us do.

Quote
rackman, I appreciate you being back. I am hoping we can work things out and rebuild respect for each other. I like having you here and I admired the way you didn’t join the other forum. I didn’t join their forum after marcos asked me to because I don’t post on forums (just this one).

Who the fuck do you think you are questioning me about bullshit like "do you even listen to Tech?" Keep it moving with that shit bro, I didn't join the site to have a dudelike yourself start flames for no reason

Thats who I am

and bra, clearly this was a heated discussion between Invest and I, which YOU decided to enter in by throwing support behind one side, when you dont even know the facts at hand. Therefore, YES you DID insult me.

Quote
I didn't insult you so why the fuck would you go and talk shit about my "mum"? Talking shit over the internet like a proper e-thug, keep it moving suckah. How much money COULD Invest be making if he WAS making any? And if you care so much about it why don't you start your own website and talk shit to people there?

I will admit that went overboard, please excuse as i simple do not appreciate when people throw benign comments in, on matters they know not of. Not to mention, 7 months i went without a smoke, had to have had an effect.

But still, I didnt mention ANY money. I didnt mention ANY profits. YOU where the one who came in with his, who cares how people make money nonsense. I was talking about ADVERTISEMENTS, and thefore i HAD to show you why, not only DOES Immortal Technique care about how people make their money, but why we ALL should.

personal application aside, the point still stands.

Quote
Your post count and "seniority" don't mean shit nigga, specially when you're posting like you are.

and THERE it is. I just reported you to the mods, a decision will know be made by the senators of this forum.

The words Nigger or nigga are not allowed to be used on these boards. it is a derogatory term used by the white europeans to degrade and dehumanize people of colour. niether are words like Bitch and Fag to be used on the boards as they are Equally offensive and oppressive in their use. Note, ironically one of the reasons why Tech is not real revolutionary.

Quote
I'm not sucking up to anybody bro, and I sure as hell ain't gullible. I think whatever the fuck I want, and if it just so happens to fall in line with most of the few remaining people on here, so be it.

If you walked into Iraq right now, not having ANY knowledge of its history, only to see a place in ruins, where the ones in charge (ie US) control and run everything, with but a few 'attacks' made on the maintenance of said place. To then go and automatically PICK the side in Control (Invest/USA) oevr that of the few in opposition....YOUR A FUCKING MORON.

seriously, learn your history before you pick sides, or you could end up on the wrong side, simple due to human mentality of wanting to belong to a group while fighting a common enemy.

Ok, here is the deal.. Ill let u make the rules by using the constitution that i had put up(i will obide them too), ill lift all the bans, but u will see that they wont care they'll do as they please(which means spam and all the bs), and  if they do that ill have to go back and return their restricted status. If it sounds good, ill go ahead and unban them. Reply to this post, and ill start.

Im game for that, however, I doubt highly this will ever happen seriously. I alone can not make this happen. Go for it, but dont expect everyone to fall in line.

I suggest 1st unban everyone, and i do mean EVERYONE, then we can open up a thread with the discussion on how to move on from this.

Also, if you expect to keep the google ads, then let them advertise RHH, who gives a shit if its another forum. How many forums do you check on yourself? we can grow and make this a real community now, with next door neighbours.

You have done shit for so long now i KNOW no one trust you any more, therefore i cant even guess whats gonna happen here but i doubt anyones coming back, and if they do i can not be held for the actions of others.

Any spam comes with a notification FIRST.Mulitple threads, comes with a lock posting abilities/ban, but they have to be able to READ the boards. Before the person get banned for good, they must 1st be put up for vote also by the senate. great thing is if nobody come back then these guys will remain banned, which works for you.

If they actually do come back, we start a vote on who will be mods. people nominate anyone they believe will be suitable for position of global mods.Once the 3/4 bets nominated people get decided, these will then go for another vote for 2 GBs to run the shit. The GBs when did further access and structue the forums as they best feel, always by system of voting.

A discussion thread is required for you to discuss any matters you might have oustanding with them. This will also be made in the senate area, you can ban for spam, but serious discussion you cant NOT silence. This will more than likely be the more popular thread, but we cant expect this to run with fueding sides. I doubt simple because what you propose NOW, i feel is too late..

I doubt people really care for this place anymore, but you must go by the rules and ill stay.

Mobile-friendly version Immortal Technique Biography

Born Felipe Andres Coronel on the 19th of February 1978, hip-hop artist Immortal Technique is a controversial figure in the U.S. His songs speak of the need for social justice and equality among all races, with special emphasis on the people of color or Latin Americans, but they also cover topics such as the fight against unfair imprisonments or militarism and many others.

His biography is hence quite intriguing, to say the least, and, just like the best anti aging cream is probably going to be lingering over the shelves of all cosmetic stores for many years to come, Immortal Technique’s songs are going to remain hot, fresh and sought after for a really long time. Due to the fact they speak about topics which are to be considered taboos, his lyrics continue to be listened to with the exterior shutters down in most homes.

Immortal technique was born in Peru, in El Hospital Militar de Lima; several years later, his family moved to America in order to escape the harsh living conditions in Peru. Even though they could not afford to buy any terrain a vendre there, they managed to move to Harlem in the ‘80s. Immortal Technique went to Hunter High School, but just like a hip replacement recall is never of good omen, his grades and behavior weren’t any good during high school either. He was the school bully, he harassed other students and he was not afraid to get involved in scandals with drug dealers from around the area. And while his interactions with these drug dealers were not as numerous as used cars in Phoenix are, they still managed to leave an ugly mark on his biography.

Plus, his graffiti did not actually resemble any Dreamweaver templates, but he was famous for his controversial acts of vandalism. His violence against others almost got him expelled in 1996, but he somehow managed to finish high school and even attend college at Pennsylvania State University. This time, his college experience only lasted for two years; he was then charged and convicted and he was eventually imprisoned in Pennsylvania.

In prison, just like a SEO San Antonio company would focus on booting a web site’s ranking, Immortal Technique also focused on boosting his own social ranking. He began studying the policy of religious history, and, finding the inspiration he needed, he began putting his thoughts in lyrics. In 1999 he was paroled and, even though he was first considered some sort of Agen Bola, as no one had heard of him at first, he began to attend freestyle battles he started winning.

From there on, his career started to bloom, as he gave birth to albums such as “Revolutionary Vol 1” in 2002, “Revolutionary Vol 2” in 2004 and “Revolutionary Vol 3” in 2008. He also became a political activist and started to sing about political injustice (check out his opinion on the imprisonment of Mumia Abu-Jamal or the songs on George W. Bush). Despite of the fact that his albums might not have gotten the type of positive reviews African mango reviews are usually comprised of, this has not stopped him from getting involved in future projects, including an important film collaboration. He might not approve the work of the CNA Financial Corporation, but we all need to eat, right?

Recently I've been in the market for used cars. Which I'm sure many of you know how long that process can take. Having to go from dealer to dealer and look at one car after another. What a painstaking process! Its a good thing I don't have to take a personality test after the whole process. I'm sure I'd have some pretty skewed results. After finally settling down and buying a new Audi A4, I found out I had a bigger problem on my hands. Where am I gonna park the car during winter? I decided I had to contact a local contractor and get remodeling estimates to redo our garage which had been having problems with leaks all last winter. After getting some rather expensive estimates back from contractors our family finally decided to move to a different area of New York, we took a look at jamestown ny homes which was recommended by a close friend of mine. Have you ever just had that feeling after looking at a town? You just knew it was the one. Well thankfully we had a lot of wonderful homes to look at that were priced perfectly. We eventually decided to go with a home with a nice garage for the new car, a gym witih a full pull up bar, and best of all my wife could stop taking her proactol and finally begin to use our at home gym!

If during your trip you make it out to England be sure to say "Hi!" to our friends that is a wedding photographer york. They do an exceptional job and we recommend them to everyone that we know!
When overlooking your home don't forget the key essentials to tie in the whole room and complete it altogether, such as a POS software to manage your point of sale units. Making the perfect home for everyone in your family is doable with the right budget. Start by heading to auction sites to see what type of homes are currently on the market and the prices. Auction sites provide a medium to determine market value of homes in the are that you are looking at. If traveling internationally and looking at homes in Drakensberg then be sure to look online for Drakensberg accommodation. Drakensbergs accomodations often come with coffee machine in your room as well! For us caffeine lovers, you know how important that is when traveling in a new city. What often begins with a worldwide traveling excursion often ends in an unknown city. If you are planning on traveling to far away places its best to do your research on them before venturing out. Planning how to pack, and what to bring with you from the beginning can make the difference altogether. Planning on which handbag to take is crucial to your happiness. Now I know you are probably thinking that's trivial, although choosing the right handbag to take with you on a lengthy trip around the world is of the utmost importance. Make sure that you take as little as possibly needed on the trip. You don't want to lug around suitcases, and unnecessary stuff throughout the world. It'll weigh down on your trip, no pun intended.
The History and Growth of Rap Music

If you are a music enthusiast, then it is very likely that you have come across a genre of music called rap music. Rap music is area that has very clear distinguishing features most notably the rapid and rhythmic chanting of the lyrics perfectly timed to the beat and musical accompaniment that forms the base of the song. Rap music traces its roots to the development of the hiphop subculture which predominantly carries four complementary musical styles namely: rapping, dancing and in particular break dancing, scratching or more popularity known as DJing, and graffiti writing which others dub as vandalism. Another sub-element of this genre is beat-boxing which also features heavily in the repertoire of many rap artists. If you thought this was an easy musical genre to characterize, then you were poorly informed: consider, many research papers and doctoral dissertations have been written on the subject of rap music and its accompanying stylistic elements.

The history of rap music, or hip-hop music, is composed of a series of rapid development phases that have all culminated in the popular rap versions of today. Before rap music took off in the 1990s, it was predominantly referred to as disco rap in the late 1970s. The three rappers who had a hand in coining the term “rap music” were DJ Hollywood, Lovebug Starski, and Keith Cowboy, the last one being officially credited with the term hip-hop. Rap music original began with improvisations and freestyle singing to add an element of unpredictability to the songs in parties and other gatherings. Even in the 1960s to 1970s, the initial elements of rap music where already sown in urban subcultures particularly in New York City where adhoc performances in the streets led to a coalescing of influences in the wake of the Civil Rights era. Like the iPhone 5 release date, it had a slow and steady rise building into an explosion of creativity and style that has made it into what it has become today.

At this very early stage of rap development, it was particularly tied to emcee-ing more than it was associated to any specific song. It predominantly tied songs together as an adlib in between. It was born out of the creative inputs of DJs who had to work with self-imposed musical constraints such as the 4/4 time beat and sampling or sequencing sections of other songs to create a smooth flow of uninterrupted musical stimuli. These were eventually married with electronic equipment such as drums and synthesizers, and ultimate melodies to give it that bite and identity. In a sense, rap music artists were basically like a video game designer who had to figure out each artistic component at every turn until it developed into a more coherent musical genre that became the rap music we know today.

The first recorded version of rap music came alive in the early 1980s when DJs decided to make records out of their freestyle MCing. This necessitated the documentation of song lyrics so they do not change during each and every rendition. The age of the stromanbieter for rap music was gone paving the way for more organized chaos. Still, the freestyle and improvisation element remained a part of many DJ interludes as the song goes through certain sections that did not require too much rap singing.

Likewise, as a consequence of the hip-hop records, the influence of rap began to spread faster than ever before. Artists no longer had to travel far to get their music heard. Now, records from New York City and Philadelphia can be reproduced and transported to cities like Los Angeles, New Orleans, Dallas, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Seattle among others for people to appreciate and enjoy. This was primarily the reason for rap music’s rapid growth. Like Christmas mini lights, cities formed the nodes through which rap music would spread to other parts of the country. From small beginnings to grand achievements, the birth certificate translation to true stardom took a matter of years for rap music to be realized. Since then, its take-off and rise has been meteoric.
